• 会場近隣に駐車場は多くありますが、少し高めです。

東陽町駅からセミナー会場までの経路案内

Directions from Toyocho Station to the seminar venue

① 「東陽町駅」下車、西改札へ

① Get off at “Toyocho Station” and go to the west ticket gate.

②2番出口へ向かう

② Head towards Exit 2

③2番出口を出て左方向へ10m進む

③ Exit through Exit 2 and proceed 10 meters to the left.

④東陽町駅前交差点を渡り、直ぐ左方向へ

④ Cross the intersection in front of Toyocho Station and immediately turn left.

⑤徒歩3分程で、「ゴールドジムスーパーセンター」到着

⑤ After about a 3-minute walk, you will arrive at “Gold’s Gym Supercenter”.

セミナー会場に着いたら／When I arrived at the seminar venue

↓セミナー会場はゴールドジムスーパーセンター１F（YMCA)の奥の会議室です。

着替えは、ゴールドジムスーパーセンターのフロント３Fで行ってください。

↓The seminar venue is the conference room at the back of the YMCA on the 1st floor of Gold’s Gym Supercenter.

Please change your clothes at the Gold’s Gym Supercenter front desk on the 3rd floor.

◎着替えは４階のゴールドジムフロントに行き、ゴールドジムの更衣室をお使いください。

ただし、ご自分の衣類、貴重品は必ずセミナー会場へお持ちください。（着替えのみです）

◎Please go to the Gold’s Gym front desk on the 4th floor and use the Gold’s Gym changing rooms.

However, please be sure to bring your own clothes and valuables to the seminar venue. (This is for changing clothes only.)

シャワーやロッカーを使用したい人は／Those who want to use the showers or lockers

◎500円の使用料をゴールドジムに支払えば、シャワーやロッカーを使用できます。

その際は、フロントの方に「空手セミナーへの参加者」だと伝えてください。ロッカーキーを渡され、ロッカーの使用とシャワーが使用できます。

◎You can use the showers and lockers by paying a 500 yen usage fee to Gold’s Gym.

When you do, please tell the front desk staff that you are a participant in the karate seminar. You will be given a locker key and will be able to use the lockers and showers.
