さて、このたび大会終了後に、大会役員ならびに後援者・スポンサーの皆様との親睦と交流をより一層深めることを目的とし、ささやかながらレセプションを開催申し上げます。
We are pleased to announce that, following the tournament, a reception will be आयोजित to further deepen fellowship and strengthen relationships among tournament officials, supporters, and sponsors.

ご多用の折とは存じますが、何卒ご臨席賜りますよう謹んでご案内申し上げます。
We would be most honored by your presence at this occasion despite your busy schedule.

本レセプションへのご参加にあたりましては、誠に恐れ入りますが、円滑な準備の都合上、事前のご登録を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。
For the purpose of ensuring smooth arrangements, we respectfully request that you kindly complete advance registration.

• 申し込み締切：４月22日／Application deadline: April 22nd
• なお、KWU SENSHIの役員ならびにVIPの皆様に限り、同伴者1名様までご登録いただけます。大会役員及びスポンサーのみ同伴者１名可とさせていただきます。
  Please note that only KWU SENSHI executives and VIPs may register one accompanying guest. Only tournament officials and sponsors are permitted to bring one accompanying guest.
