お手数をおかけいたしますが、まずは下記のフォーマットに従って必要事項をご記入のうえ、参加申し込みを行ってください。

we will send the “Athlete Registration Form (Excel format)” by email.
We kindly ask you to first complete the required information according to the format below and submit your participation application.
