判定について
Judging System
本大会は 基本的にKWUルールに準じて運営されますが、
一部に JKJOルールと同様の方式を採用しています。
また、名称が異なる場合がありますが、実質的な内容は同じ意味を持つものがあります。
This tournament is primarily conducted under KWU rules,
however, some procedures are adopted from JKJO rules.
In certain cases, terminology may differ, but the meaning and application are essentially the same.
主な特徴
Main Features
- 体重判定なし
- 試し割り判定なし
- 旗判定は「同時挙げ方式」で行います
- No weight difference decision
- No breaking test decision
- Flag judging is conducted using the simultaneous flag raising system
同時挙げ（旗判定）とは
What is “Simultaneous Flag Judging”
旗判定の際、主審と副審が同時に支持する選手側の旗を挙げて判定する方式です。
In flag judging, the referee and corner judges raise the flag of the competitor they support at the same time to determine the decision.

チャンピオンクラス
Champion Class
KWU極真競技規定に準じます。
The KWU Kyokushin competition rules are applied.
レギュラークラス
Regular Class
基本的には KWU極真競技規定（公式競技規程） に準じますが、
- 安全性への配慮
- 他団体・道場との交流促進
を目的として、一部JKJOルールを取り入れています。
The Regular Class generally follows KWU competition rules, however:
- For safety considerations
- To encourage participation from different organizations and dojos
some elements of JKJO rules are adopted.
罰則の表記と意味
Penalty Terminology

※罰則は 罰則ボードに「1・2・3」などの数字で表示されます。
※4回目の罰則で 失格となります。
Penalties will be displayed numerically on the penalty board (1, 2, 3, etc.).
A fourth penalty results in disqualification.
レギュラークラスの禁止行為
Prohibited Techniques (Regular Class)
- 小学生クラス：上段膝蹴りは禁止
- 中学生以上：上段膝蹴りは許可
- Elementary School Division: Knee attacks to the head are prohibited
- Junior High School and above: Knee attacks to the head are permitted
レギュラークラスの判定基準
Judging Criteria (Regular Class)
技あり
Waza-ari
小学生クラスでは、以下の状態が見られた場合に宣告されます。
- 戦闘不能状態
- 戦意喪失状態
- 3秒未満のダウン
For the elementary school division, Waza-ari may be awarded if the opponent shows:
- Inability to continue fighting
- Loss of fighting spirit
- A knockdown lasting less than 3 seconds
一本
Ippon (Full Point)
小学生クラスでは、主審および副審が
打撃によるダメージが大きいと判断した場合、
即座に 一本（勝利） が宣告される場合があります。
For the elementary school division, if the referee and judges determine that a strike has caused significant damage, an Ippon (full point victory) may be declared immediately.
チャンピオンクラスの判定基準

基本的に KWUルールに準じます。

その他の規則
Additional Rules
以下の規則は JKJOルールに準じた規定であり、本大会参加者も遵守してください。
The following regulations are based on JKJO rules and must also be observed by all participants.
マナーおよび規律
Conduct and Discipline
- 判定後の雄叫びやガッツポーズは禁止
- 判定への抗議は一切受け付けません
- Shouting or excessive celebration after a decision is prohibited
- Protests against referees’ decisions will not be accepted
医療・テーピング
Medical / Taping
- テーピングは医務係の指示に従い検印を受けること
- テーピングは各自持参すること
- Taping must be approved by the medical staff
- Competitors must bring their own tape
外見規定
Appearance Rules
- 過度な染髪（金髪など）
- デザインされた剃り込み
などの 派手な髪型での出場は禁止
Participants with excessively dyed hair (e.g., bright blonde) or decorative shaved designs are not allowed to compete.
保険・責任
Insurance and Liability
大会参加前に 必ずスポーツ保険へ加入してください。
大会主催者は、大会当日に発生した
事故・怪我・盗難などについて 一切の責任を負いません。
All participants must obtain sports insurance before the tournament.
The tournament organizers do not assume responsibility for accidents, injuries, or theft occurring during the event.
