KWU SENSHI World Cup (Bulgaria).

Participation Fee, Registration, and Other Information
- Match Participation Fee:JPY 8,000($51)
- Protective Equipment:The tournament has official regulations regarding approved protective gear
(for details, please refer here). - Rental of Approved Protective Equipment:Available at JPY 500 per item
- Weigh-in
All athletes are required to attend the official weigh-in, which will, in principle, be conducted on the day prior to the tournament.
The weigh-in will take place at the Yoyogi National Gymnasium (Second Gymnasium).
Further details regarding the schedule and designated time will be announced at a later date.
Athletes who, due to unavoidable circumstances, need to complete the weigh-in on the tournament day must submit an application in advance. - Submission of Consent Form
In order to participate in the tournament, all athletes are required to submit a signed consent form in advance, confirming matters such as:
completion of a health check,absence of any prohibited doping activity, andno current infectious disease or related symptoms.
The official consent form template will be provided by the organizer separately.

- Group / Dojo Applications:If applications are submitted collectively by an organization or dojo,
please contact us via the tournament inquiry email listed below.
An Excel-based bulk application form will be sent to you at a later date. - Capacity Limit:As the tournament has a limited number of participants,
applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis
once the capacity of each competition class is reached. - Participants from Outside Japan:All travel expenses to Japan, accommodation, and related costs
must be arranged and covered by the participants themselves. - Participation Approval:Even if an application is submitted, athletes will not be allowed to compete
if they do not receive an official participation approval email from
the tournament office or if the participation fee has not been paid. - Payment Information:Details regarding the payment destination and procedures for the participation fee
will be provided only to applicants who have been officially approved. - Payment Method:Whenever possible, participation fees should be collected and paid
on a group or dojo basis(for payment methods and further details, please refer here). -
Participants traveling from outside the country who wish to apply for the issuance of an official invitation letter for the tournament are requested to submit the following documents:

- When applying for the tournament, we ask that a representative from your dojo compile all the participants and apply all at once, whenever possible. If a dojo representative is applying for all the participants at once, please use the email form below and attach an Excel file.

◎Applicants residing outside Japan who wish to participate in the tournament and require an official invitation letter are requested to submit the following information:
When submitting your participation application, please write “I would like to receive an invitation” in the comments section. The tournament secretariat will review your participation approval, and if it is determined that there are no problems with issuing an invitation, an invitation will be sent to you by email.

This tournament is divided into two categories:
This tournament is divided into two categories:
Class ①, the World Cup Qualifying Class (Champion Class), in which competitors can earn qualification to participate in the World Cup to be held in Bulgaria in July 2026; and
Class ②, the General Competition Class (Regular Class), intended mainly for practitioners residing in Japan, covering participants from youth to veteran divisions.
- Individual applications are accepted; however, whenever possible, we kindly ask that applications be submitted collectively by the dojo representative.For inquiries, please use the inquiry form on this website.

- The General Class is designed to promote broad interaction and exchange among competitors.Please note that, depending on circumstances, classes may be combined at the discretion of the organizers. We appreciate your understanding.
- Please note that if the number of applicants reaches the maximum capacity, we may be unable to accommodate all participation requests.
We kindly ask for your understanding in advance. - The deadline for applications regarding whether or not you can participate in the tournament is March 14th, and we will inform you in early April.
