大会当日１週間前までに変更がある場合がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。
Please note that there may be changes up to one week before the event.
【注意】
会場への入場は9：20分ごろとなります。大会関係者並びにスタッフのみ9：００に入場できます。
【Note】
Entry to the venue will begin around 9:20 AM. Only tournament officials and staff will be allowed entry from 9:00 AM.

１．各種案内・試合情報

パンフレットに掲載されているQRコードより本サイトへアクセスいただくことで、以下の情報を随時ご確認いただけます。

２．試合の写真及び動画撮影について
Photography & Video Policy
大会の安全・円滑な運営のため、撮影は原則禁止とします。ただし、以下の場合のみ許可されます。
許可されるケース：
- セコンドによる試合撮影
- 選手と引率者のみの記念撮影
- 閉会式後の集合写真
- 報道の名札をつけている者は、本大会のプロモーションのために撮影を許可しています。ご協力をお願いします。
周囲の方への配慮をお願いいたします。
To ensure safety and smooth operation, photography/video is generally prohibited, except in the following cases:
- Coaches recording their athlete’s match
- Photos of athletes with their guardians
- Group photos after the closing ceremony
Please be considerate of others when taking photos.
３．会場内ルール・注意事項
Venue Rules & Important Notes
- 体育館内でのミット打ちなどのウォームアップは禁止
- 更衣は各更衣室をご利用ください（男女別あり）
- 更衣室に私物を放置しないでください
- 貴重品は各自で管理してください
- 試合進行に注意し、係員の指示に従ってください
- 試合時間に遅れた場合、失格となる場合があります
- No warm-up activities (e.g., mitt training) inside the gym
- Use designated changing rooms (separate for men and women)
- Do not leave personal belongings unattended
- Please manage valuables at your own responsibility
- Follow staff instructions and stay aware of match progress
- Late arrival to matches may result in disqualification
※当日は会場レイアウトが変更になる場合があります。
Please note that the venue layout may change on the day of the event.
４．会場内の飲食について
- Food & Beverage Policy
- 体育館内での飲食および食べ物の持ち込みは禁止されています。
※ペットボトル飲料は可（ゴミは必ず外の指定場所へ） - 食事は各自ご用意いただくか、近隣の飲食店をご利用ください。
- アリーナ（競技場）の外では飲食可能です。
- Eating and bringing food into the gymnasium is strictly prohibited.
- Plastic bottled drinks are allowed. Please dispose of trash in designated areas outside.
- Please prepare your meals individually or use nearby restaurants.
- Food and drinks are permitted outside the arena (stadium).
５．ウォーミングアップについて
Warm-up Guidelines
- 選手のウォーミングアップは体育館外のスペースをご利用ください。
- 譲り合ってご使用いただきますようお願いいたします。
- Athletes are requested to warm up outside the gymnasium.
- Please share the available space respectfully.
６．写真撮影・インタビュー
Photography & Interviews
- 閉会式後、記念撮影および入賞者インタビューを実施いたします。
- 会場内では原則、撮影禁止です（ただし、以下の場合は可）。
- バックパネル前での撮影（ただし、運営サイドが使用中は不可）
- チームの集合写真を撮影すること。
Following the closing ceremony, a commemorative photo session and interviews with the winners will be held.
Photography is generally prohibited inside the venue (however, it is permitted in the following cases):
- Taking photos in front of the backdrop (however, not permitted when the organizers are using it).
- Taking a group photo of the team.

７．観戦について
Spectator Information
観戦席は自由席となっておりますが、以下の方々のお席は指定席となっております。
- 海外選手関係者
- 招待者
- 審判員
- 大会役員
- スポンサー（VIP）
また、「関係者以外立ち入り禁止」と表示されたエリアには立ち入らないようお願いいたします。
Seating is generally unreserved; however, designated seating is provided for:
- International team representatives
- Invited guests
- Referees
- Tournament officials
- Sponsors (VIP)
Please do not enter restricted areas marked “Authorized Personnel Only.”
８．報道関係の皆さまへ
- カメラマンの方には「報道」の名札をつけていただきます（その場合、実行委員会事務局に申請を出してください）。
- 審判や大会役員へのインタビューは試合の運営に支障をきたさないよう、大会終了後（後日）にお願いします。
９．駐車場について
Parking Information
- 駐車場は近隣の有料駐車場をご利用ください。
